| Description : |
The objectives of the missions are to hold consultation meetings with the senior management, relevant officials and examiners from IPC to: (i) review the mandate, legal and institutional framework for administration of IP rights in comparison with best practices at the international level; (ii) discuss a range of options for optimal institutional, legal and management framework; (iii) gather information on IPC’s existing human resources, infrastructure, operating systems and financial management regime; and (iv) share the initial findings with the senior management of IPC and explore the possible subsequent steps.
- Consultation meetings with stakeholders
from July 1 to 6, 2017;
- Follow-up mission for discussion with
stakeholders for possible revisions and finalize the report - 3 days (tentative) in September/October, 2017 |
