In his letter of August 24, 2017 (copy attached), Mr. Ivan Bliznets, Rector, Russian State Academy of Intellectual Property (RGAIS), requested the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO) to assist RGAIS in finalizing the preparatory activities related to the Training of Trainers for members of the Experts Group on developing and implementing Intellectual Property Policies at Universities and Research Institutions planned to take place in Moscow on October 25 and 26, 2017. Also, for the 7th Annual IP Conference entitled Success Stories from the Lab to the Market, foreseen to be held on
October 12 and 13, 2017, in Istanbul.
In this regards, it is suggested that Mr. Mohammad Alhabbal, Consultant, Department for Transition and Developed Countries, undertakes a mission to Moscow from
September 19 to 21, 2017, since he is the one most involved in the aforementioned events. |
