Following discussions between the WIPO Arbitration and Mediation Center (the Center) and LES Italy President Mattia Dalla Costa, the Center and LES Italy have jointly organized a one-day Seminar on “International Technology Transfer – Licensing and ADR”, in Milan, Italy, on November 28, 2017.
The Seminar is expected to attract intellectual property (IP) practitioners, in-house counsel and dispute resolution lawyers, from Italy and abroad.
The Seminar will present a valuable opportunity to explore and promote the use of WIPO alternative dispute resolution (ADR) services in the context of licensing disputes and to establish or reinforce contact with potential users of the Center’s services in Italy |
