WIPO and the Patent Office of the Republic of Poland (PPO) are planning to conclude a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) to collaborate in the promotion of alternative dispute resolution (ADR) options for intellectual property (IP) disputes in the Republic of Poland, and to explore the potential utilization of WIPO case administration as may be appropriate. As envisaged in the MoU, PPO and the WIPO Arbitration and Mediation Center (Center) will organize mediation and arbitration seminars and training programs for concerned stakeholders and neutrals.
