WIPO is invited to present in the second part of the event informing on the status of the discussion of Country Names protection in the framework of the Standing Committee on the Law of Trademarks, Industrial Designs and Geographical Indications (SCT).
In this connection, it is proposed that WIPO support this activity by financing the participation of Mr. David Muls, Senior Director, Department for Trademarks, Industrial Designs and Geographical Indications as well as financing the participation cost of three experts from Bolivia, Colombia and Ecuador, respectively |
