The aim of the seminar is to provide strategic knowledge of the patent system and particularly on the role patents play as an incentive for innovation. Representatives from the private sector are invited to present industry’ views on this matter. Particular attention is given to the strategies putted in place on the subject of transfer of technology, building patent portfolios and on the protection of inventions abroad.
