The objective of the national seminars is to promote the use of IP system as a tool to foster innovation and creativity for economic growth and development at national level. This is considered as a follow-up action by ARIPO of the African Ministerial Conference 2015: Intellectual Property (IP) for an Emerging Africa, organized by WIPO, from November 3 to 5, 2015, in Dakar, Senegal, in which ARIPO also took part. The participants will be invited from universities, research institutes, government as well as industries. |
