In anticipation of the passing of its Industrial Property Bill into Law in November this year, the Government of Mauritius, through its Permanent Mission to the United Nations Office in Geneva, has initiated discussions with the Regional Bureau for Africa to facilitate a series of WIPO technical assistance activities. These activities are aimed at aligning the legal and institutional IP framework in the country with the provisions of the Industrial Property Bill in order to facilitate its implementation. |
