This activity would aim at developing capacities in different Government sectors, including Government representatives from the SIC, research centers, universities and officials from various TISCs existing in Colombia, to facilitate information on how can be used the technologic information (mainly patent information) in the process of establishing strategies and/or in the management of technology transfer, as such information is a fundamental tool for the valuation and positioning technology intellectual asset result of the innovation process, from a practical point of view and oriented to solve the real problems in the management of technology transfer |
