The objectives of the Training Course will be to provide participants with a basic knowledge of laws and procedures involved in the examination of industrial property rights. There is a particular emphasis on dialogue with JPO examiners on relevant issues, based on interactive sessions. Participants are expected to participate in on-the-job training provided by JPO examiners, in order to enhance their professional skills. The course also provides participants with an opportunity to exchange views on topical issues in the intellectual property field. |
