To prepare depending on the situation and strategic policies on innovation and IP Management of each country a proposal of guidelines and work plan to support the establishment and/or strengthening of TTOs in the region as well as a plan of possible sub regional collaboration actions on short and medium terms in respect. These proposals for guidelines and roadmap will be analyzed on the next meeting of Ministers of Central American countries. |
