Reference is made to the Cooperation Agreement between WIPO and University of Haifa, Israel, dated November 13, 2008, concerning the establishment of a Master's Degree in Law with specialization in Patent Law.
In this respect, Prof. Niva Elkin-Koren, Dean, Faculty of Law, Haifa University, requested WIPO to sponsor foreign students to participate in the 2014 Intensive Summer Course on IP and Business Entrepreneurship (please see memo attached)
In this respect, the WIPO Academy suggested to invite and finance 5 participants from developing countries, least developed countries and from countries with economies in transition |
