In the course of the tenth session of the CDIP, several delegations stated in general that the work on flexibilities should continue (see paragraphs 16,18, 413,461,462, 463, 465, 467, 468, 469, 471, 473, 474, 489, 490, 491, 492, 494, 496, 500 of the Report), some other delegations, expressed in particular their appreciation for the sharing of information on patent related flexibilities, collected among other also during the organization of national and regional seminars, and asked to continue enriching this kind of data (see paragraphs 460, 462, 468, 474 and 494 of the Report), while other explicitly mentioned the need to continue organizing Seminars on flexibilities (see paragraphs 16, 461, 469 and 473 of the Report). |
