WIPO,OEPM and EPO and industrial property offices in Latin America have been working together since 2003 to promote the exchance of the patent information and to set-up and maintain an updated regional database containing the information on patents published in Latin america countries under the LATIPAT Project. The new version of the MOU the above mentioned project was signed during the last WIPO General Assemblies by the executive chiefs of the three organizations. |
