Under the trust fund arrangement established following the voluntary contribution of the Government of Japan for industrial property for the period April 2013 to March 2014, it was agreed that a project would be undertaken in Sri Lanka.
The objective of this project is to undersatnd the efforts that have already gone into innovation policy making inthe country, the impact of those efforts on the fround, identify gaps and needs, if any, from an IP perspective and make recommendations on integrating the IP actors and the IP system into the innovation system. |
