the organization of a National Seminar on the Patent Cooperation Treaty (PCT) to be held in Lesotho has been proposed. A letter has also been received from the Director of the Department of Science and Technology (DST), Mr. Lefa Thamae requesting WIPO to organize a two to three day seminar on the theme: “The Role of the International Patent System and the Patent Cooperation Treaty (PCT) in Knowledge transfer, Innovation and Commercialization of Technology”. At the request of the DST, presentations at the Seminar should also include training on procedures under the PCT. |
