As a first step, it is proposed to send a needs assessment mission from July 4 to 12, 2013, to serve as a basis for the formulation of the overarching national IP development framework.
We would therefore propose to engage the services of Mr. Ulf Jansson under a Special Service Agreement (SSA) that would run from June 17 to August 16, 2013, to carry out the assignment described in the attached Terms of Reference.
It is also proposed that one official from the Regional Bureau for Africa participates in the needs assessment, and particularly at the concluding phase from July 10 to 12, 2013.
We would propose an honorarium of CHF10000 for this assignment. |
