Special Training Program for the WIPOCOS Field Consultant for the ASPAC Region |

To ensure that SSA Mr. Arumugam is equipped with the necessary mastery of copyright, collective management business knowledge, as well as knowledge and know-how behind the WIPOCOS system, including its current modules and applications.
The knowledge transfer should enable Mr. Arumugam to work independently and autonomously and in networking with the team at WIPO (CID, WSO and IPOBSD), as well as the other WIPOCOS field consultants. It is also expected that the consultant will work in good harmony with all the stakeholders in the region, including the representatives of the international trade associations, such as CISAC, SCAPR and IFPI representatives in the ASPAC.
This proposal, secondly, aims at capitalizing on this training program for Mr. Arumugam to undertake an in-depth introduction to the WIPOCOS system to some CMOs officers in the ASPAC Region. |
