The main purpose of this Meeting is to promote, among representatives of the Government entities which are forming the national IP system and IP professionals, the discussion of current issues related to enforcement of IP rights, especially associated with the evolution of the international regulatory framework on IP and its impact on the enforcement provisions, and issues related to the implementation of actions and measures for the protection and defense of IP rights, as well as to know cases and international jurisprudence. |
