The objectives of the Seminar will be to: (i) promote innovation and IPRs for local development in Sub-Saharan African countries by exposing participants to the Israeli experience in leveraging innovation and IPRs; (ii) provide participants with tools and methodologies to foster innovation and increase impacts at socio-economic levels; and
(iii) design a roadmap for dissemination and implementation of the knowledge and experience gained. |
