In his letter of March 29, 2012 (copy attached), Prof. Dr. Habip Asan, President, Turkish Patent Institute (TPI), requested the assistance of World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO) in organizing and providing experts to the International Seminar on Intellectual Property Policies, to be held in Ankara, on November 8 and 9, 2012 (see attached email communicating the new dates), in collaboration with the Organization of Islamic Conference (OIC) and the Turkish International Cooperation and Development Agency (TIKA).
