Reference is made to the Service Level Agreeement (SLA) signed between the National Directorate of Industrial Property (DNPI) of the Ministry of Industry, Energy and Mining and WIPO in September 2011 on the establishment of a network of TISCs in Uruguay, as well as to the communictaion received on May 9, 2012, from DNPI requesting WIPO's assistance in the organization of a WIPO mission in order to discuss the details regarding the execution of the TISC project, implementation calendar, local training of participating institutions, coordination of different actors of the national innovation system participating in the project, amongst others. |
