For Patents: The mission comes within the framework of the cooperation agreement with Egyptian government last year and implementing project plan concluded with the office and will carry out in this respect full deployment of the enhanced version of WIPOScan, include necessary customization and adaptation to fit with anticipated digitization environment of EGPO and provide training for the staff on its use and administration.
For Trademarks: The mission also comes within the framework of the second cooperation agreement with Egyptian government for technical modernization of Egyptian trademark office and will carry out necessary technical review and analysis of office environment in preparation for WIPOScan deployment, following also recent request from the office in this respect. |
