Upon the initiative of the Government of the United States of America, WIPO has agreed to partner with the US and the Republic of South Africa in the organization of the Africa IP Forum in Cape Town, South Africa, April 3-5, 2012.
The Governments of Japan and France have also agreed to co-sponsor this event which will also benefit from the collaboration of the African Regional Intellectual Property Organization (ARIPO) and the African Intellectual Property Organization (OAPI).
