The main objective of this Workshop is to provide information to policy makers of the academic institutions and innovation systems in Colombia, in relation to the challenges and oportunities of establishing IP policies within universities and research innovation centers, as part of innovation and economic stragegies. It is also proposed the identification of guidelines to establish the institutional IP policies in Colombia. |
