The objective of the Workshop is to enhance knowledge and skills in the area of management techniques in the delivery of intellectual property services, with a view to improving the capacity of senior officials from national industrial property offices who are in a position to influence the daily management of their offices so as to ensure a better response to the needs of their clients and to impart techniques for the implementation of effective quality control systems to monitor the delivery of IP services. |
