The objectives of this Workshop are to enhance knowledge on adjudicating intellectual property disputes, particularly in the area of copyright, among members of the Ukrainian judiciary; to present the Intellectual Property (IP) Benchbook for Ukraine (Ukraine Benchbook) project; and to facilitate an exchange of views among the Workshop participants, the Benchbook authors and invited judges from select European Union jurisdictions, with a view to drawing on comparative judicial experience and supporting the finalization of the copyright chapter of the Benchbook. |
