A two-days workshop in Niamey Niger as requested by the Bureau Nigerien du Droit d ’Auteur et des Droits Voisins (BNDA). The workshop aims at approving the draft copyright law (Projet de loi sur le droit d’auteur et les droits voisins) which CLD prepared through ICS services of Mr. Kaffa. The workshop will also cover capacity building on Private Copying Remuneration (PCR) and the implementation of the UEMOA Directive on PCR. |
