In accordance with the 2026 Work Plan of the Building Respect for IP (BRIP) Division and the Division for Transition and Developed Countries (TDC), a National Workshop on the Enforcement of Intellectual Property is proposed for law enforcement officials in Kazakhstan. This initiative forms part of the ongoing IMPACT Capacity Building Project, which has been conducted in partnership with the Ministry of Justice of Kazakhstan since 2024. The project aims to strengthen the capacity of Kazakhstani officials in intellectual property (IP) enforcement through targeted training and development.
