WIPO has developed the Creative Economy Data Model (CEDM) as a tool to measure the quality of creative ecosystems in terms of their institutional conditions and resources enabling creative output. The model provides a national diagnostic of the creative economy, as well as regional-level analysis. Its objective is to support data-driven and effective policy recommendations for Member States. |
