This Memorandum is submitted to you for your approval of a training event on Patent Cooperation Treaty (PCT) and the ePCT system, scheduled to take place on November 18 to 19, 2025 in Sarajevo, Bosnia and Herzegovina. The training is requested by the Institute for Intellectual Property of Bosnia and Herzegovina in its capacity as Receiving Office (RO/BA) and coordinated by TDC, following the implementation of ePCT-Filing in October 2025. |
