The objectives in line with Expected Result 4.3 are:
To highlight the importance of enforcing IP rights for social, economic and cultural development, particularly with regard to health and safety concerns;
- To improve the skills and knowledge on IP rights enforcement among members of the judiciary and law enforcement officials;
- To discuss challenges and effective ways of addressing IP infringement in the offline and online environment; and
- To create a sustainable enforcement environment in which IP can fulfill its role in stimulating innovation and creativity. |
