The Master Class will bring together 30-35 experienced intellectual property judges from around the world, guided by a distinguished faculty, to promote transnational judicial exchange of IP-related experiences and jurisprudential developments. This will be the fifth edition of the Master Class, following prior iterations organized in collaboration with relevant institutions from China (2018), the United States (2019), Germany (2023), and India (2024). |
