I would like to refer to the letter dated October 10, 2011, received from the Department of Intellectual Property Rights, Ministry of Commerce, Government of the Kingdom of Cambodia, requesting the Word Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO) to organize a national policy forum on Intellectual Property for technological capacity building, economic growth and development in Cambodia. The Director General has replied positively to the request of Cambodia (copy of the reply letter is attached).
