Reference is made to the circular C. N 4118 concerning the calendar of dates for the principal committees and bodies of WIPO in 2023 (copy attached), including the thirty-first (31st) session of the Committee on Development and Intellectual Property (CDIP). In accordance with the
mandate of the CDIP, two sessions of the Committee are to be organized each year. The thirty-first (31st) session is the second session of the year 2023. The arrangements for the
above-mentioned session of the CDIP are proposed with the assumption that the meeting will take place in a hybrid format, with sessions from 10:00 am to 6:00 p.m. (CET) and with financing of participation. |
