Workshop was requested officially by the Minister of Economy and Trade of Lebanon during his meeting with Mr. Abdel Ghaffar in Lebanon last April, 2011. The Minister has indicated that this topic represents a priority for Lebanon and they rely on WIPO to provide the necessary assistance to convene this meeting for the benefit of the business This community in Lebanon.
