The main purpose of this Sub-Regional Meeting would be to finalize the process of elaboration the Manual on the processing of the Manual on Trademark Examination for Central American Countries, Panama and the Dominican Republic. It is also expected that the experts participating in the proposed meeting agree upon measures to introduce the principles elaborated in these draft documents in their national examination processes. It is also expected to achieve a consensus on the mechanisms which would help to maintain the Manual up to date. |
