This course is offered to promote debate on topical copyright issues among senior officers from copyright offices or relevant ministries in charge of copyright matters; and to upgrade knowledge of senior copyright officers on the emerging copyright issues and new challenges.
At the end of the training course, the participants will be in a position to understand the current copyright issues debated at the international level as well as new challenges brought out by the use of copyright works in the digital environment. |
