This course is offered to promote debate on topical copyright issues among the senior officers from copyright offices or relevant Ministries in charge of copyright matters, and to upgrade the knowledge of senior copyright officers on emerging copyright issues and new challenges.
At the end of the training course, participants will be familiar with topical issues of copyright and related rights discussed both at the national level and in international fora as well as new challenges brought out by new technologies in the field of copyright. |
