Promote accession to the STLT among Latin American countries that are already parties to the Trademark Law Treaty (TLT) and have therefore accepted the basic harmonization and simplification features which are common to both treaties. Focusing on the improvements introduced by the STLT, discuss the corresponding provisions and the practices that have developed in States party to the treaty, as well as any possible gaps that may need to be filled in the future. |
