This course is offered to enhance the technical skills of patent examiners from developing countries in using online search engines to improve their assessment of prior art in the area of Pharma, Chemistry or Biology.
It also aims to equip patent examiners with new techniques for better examination of patent applications in the field pharmaceutical and biology.
At the end of this course, participating patent examiners will be able to examine patent applications in the area of chemistry using online search tools. |
