National Workshop, Manila, October 22 and 23, 2018: Discussion and training regarding trends and preconditions for “Bridging the Gap” between academic institutions and industry, and a “master class” on simulation of licensing negotiations.
Regional Meeting on Women and IP, October 24 to 26, 2018: Part I will be a ‘Presentation of Reports on Women and IP Commercialization in Asia: the cases of the Philippines and of Sri Lanka’. With a view to ensuring the practical impact of this activity, it may be envisaged to have Part II. This would take the lessons learned from Part I and incorporate these into a short training session for participants on how to manage a startup and negotiate licensing deals with potential IP commercialization partners. |
