The main objective of the training course is to enhance technical skills and knowledge of patent examiners from the ASPAC region through the use of online patent search engines and to equip patent examiners with new patent examination techniques for better assessment of patent applications mainly in in electronic and communication fields.
At the end of the training course, participants will be able to search and examine inventions using online tools which are available to the public, and to assess novelty and inventive steps in regard to inventions in Electronic and Communication Fields. |
