The objective is to review strategic objectives for the coming year, based on targets outlined in the WRS Strategic Plan 2017-2019 and also include meetings with the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation, and PATH.
The purpose of the one working day in San Francisco is to call on executives at Gilead Pharmaceutical, to include executives in the Business Development relations section, to attempt to recruit the company to join WIPO Re:Search. We would also use the occasion to confer on the Global Challenges Seminar the Global Challenges Division is planning with Gilead for April 20198. |
