Reference is made to the approved Memo (attached) pertaining to the Assessment and Advisory Mission by Mr. M’hamed Sidi El Khir, Senior Counsellor of the Regional Bureau for Arab Countries and
Ms. Nefissa Chakroun, WIPO Consultant to Mauritania, to provide assistance for the Elaboration of a National Industrial Property Strategy in Mauritania.
The mission planned from November 26 to 30, 2018 has to be postponed as it coincided with the celebration of the independence of the country.
Pursuant to prior consultation with Mr. Babacar and with the WIPO Consultant, it is proposed that the mission take place from February 4 to 8, 2019.
The mission will be carried out on the basis of the attached Terms of Reference (TOR) and the Recruitment Action (RRA) form. |
