The WIPO Strategic Goal VI-driven objectives of the proposed workshops are:
1) to increase IP awareness and understanding of the minimum standards for enforcement mechanisms established by the TRIPs Agreement;
2) to discuss recent developments in case law and legislation on IP enforcement;
3)to introduce the WIPO Training Materials for Law Enforcement Authorities and Prosecutors and the new 4th edition of the WIPO Casebook on the Enforcement of IP Rights. |
