The Workshop will have the objective to explain the procedure for site-blocking, including criteria and standards of evidence, with focus on relevant international experience. The Workshop will also allow for exchange of views on public communication strategies.
The second day will be dedicated to operational level follow up discussion with the Lithuanian team, on the finalization of the manual, and on the concrete next steps of the project, including further legislative advice relevant to online enforcement (“follow-the-money” strategies; processing of IP addresses). |
