Regional Workshop for Police Instructors and Prosecutors: Train the Trainers Intellectual Property Enforcement |

This activity is proposed within the framework of the assistance given during the
Training-the-Trainers Workshop on IP Enforcement for Police from ARIPO Member States, held in Harare, Zimbabwe, on July 2 and 3, 2018 (mission report is attached). The Workshop permitted the launch of the ARIPO version of the WIPO Training Materials on Investigating and Prosecuting IP Crime.
Within the framework of the Strategic Goal VI, the objective of the regional workshop is to build on work done previously by WIPO and ARIPO in strengthening the IP enforcement capacity of police academies. Further, it will encourage the continuous sharing of expertise and knowledge among the trained law enforcement officials nationally and internationally. |
