• Build the capacity of judicial officials on Part III of the TRIPS Agreement, bearing in mind the flexibilities provided thereunder;
• Discuss topical issues including case-law developments, civil and criminal procedures, environmentally friendly destruction and other relevant aspects of building respect for IP; and
• Enhance Judges’ Knowledge and expertise in the enforcement of IPR’s. |
