In the framework of WIPO’s Strategic Goal III, the objectives of the event will be to:
Build the capacity of members of the judiciary of Azerbaijan in relation to the most relevant areas of copyright and trademark law;
Discuss issues relating to the judicial administration of IP disputes, including court administration, case management, use of experts and special rules of procedure;
Present the experiences of other national judiciaries in the establishment of different forms of specialized IP adjudication, including the variations and flexibilities arising from distinct national legal, economic and social circumstances. |
